Great and unbeatable location, just a short walk away from a cathedral church.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in Milan called Lloyd. The staff at Lloyd were professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. During our stay, there was a train driver strike, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us in rearranging our train travel arrangements. Additionally, the restaurant staff were absolutely lovely. I was impressed with the size of our room, which was really large, and the bathroom was equipped with a nice bathtub. Lloyd provided a delightful experience and I highly recommend it.
Everything about our stay at Lloyd was great! 😊

Location, close to Missori metro and walking distance from Duomo.
The aircon didn't work and it was 35c. I asked for a view on the Duoma, but then you are on the side of the road and the trem and trafic is very noisy.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lloyd for a business trip and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Duomo and close to all local transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with new flooring that added a nice touch. Although I didn't use the bar facilities, they seemed well-equipped. The breakfast, while basic, was satisfactory and included a variety of fresh options like cheese and scrambled eggs. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location
The location is the only positive thing about this hotel, the reception people are very poor in communication and attitude, I asked for companies that can arrange for a city tour and the receptionist did not even bother to show me the brochure of city tour company, the only answer I got is"you have to arrange every thing yourself" , I had to look for the brochure at the hotel disk, the breakfast was reasonable but again the people serving it are of bad attitude. My advise to everyone:please go to other hotels in the same region as you will really be offended by the attitude.they also charge 5 Euro/h for internet which I believe is too high and and should be included in the rate as this hotel is claiming to be 4 stars, the a/c works by programmed timer which switches it on and off at different times,my worst moments were when I wake up at 3 in the morning feeling very warm and the simple answer I got from the receptionist is"you have to wait until 6 in the morning to restart the a/c", I was totaly unhappy with my stay at this hotel

Great location
Very unpleasant receptionist, was very rude, we were very unwelcome there for him. He was very unwilling to help us. Breakfast was from 7am till 10am, but at 9am there was not food and wasn't replenished. 14 tv channels (only one in english) are too few for 4stars hotel. Anyway the room was not as good as a 4 star hotel.

The location was good, very friendly and supportive staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fairly good.
The breakfast area was a bit cramp. I would have liked to have a electric kettle in the room because I need to drink warm water instead of cold water.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable short and will come back. The location was good - the hotel looked perfectly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the location opposite tram stop which is very convenient. There was cafe Panarello Pasticceria, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue. The staff were excellent and affable yet not intrusive.

Terrific location, very close to the historic center. We were able to walk to Duomo, theatre LaScalle as was promised... The linens and towels were changed daily and were very crisp. Firm matrases. Great breakfast. They found power adaptor when ours got broken. Overall good service.
Carpet in the room need replacement - very old and has spots. Wi-Fi charged by hour - we would like it free.

Location is great as mentioned before. Reception staff very helpful and polite.
This is not a 4 star hotel! The breakfast was minimal and the service terrible. One of the waiters did not speak and the other was as miserable as sin. The food kept running out in the tiny breakfast room and was not replenished so most of the time you had to keep asking for things - not good. Oh and the Bed was really hard both me an my wife had bad backs! The hotel cost should have been 60% of what it was!!

This place is my top pick in the area: it's clean, convenient, with friendly staff, and located centrally close to a beautiful cathedral church.

The fact that is was so close to the Milan Cathedral and all the important museums and the places we wanted to visit made it more easy to enjoy the sightseeing and get to those places without needing a taxi.
We didn't like the fact that we had to check out at 10 am and that the people that were in charge with the cleaning of the room were very pushy.
